Medical Records Organization

Let's face it, it is near to impossible to make sense of the timeline of events if reviewing a medical file the way it is received by providers or document retrieval company.

Northwest Medical Experts will organize the voluminous medical file into a format that enables the reviewer to make sense of it and best understand and interpret the medical aspects of a case as they unfold. The records are typically organized either chronologically by date of service or chronologically by provider (customizations can be made). Duplicates, non-medical, and miscellaneous documents can be purged or gathered at the end. 

An additional benefit to having your records organized by Northwest Medical Experts is that if we facilitate the medical consultant services for the case, the facilitation fee is reduced because we already have the organized record on file!

The organized file is presented in binders. They can be tabbed by either provider or month/year for an additional nominal fee.
